Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had an excellent location with a sunny balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and the piste, perfect for all skiing abilities. However, the service provided by the staff left much to be desired with questionable tactics and attempts to overcharge. The location of the hotel was great for accessing the slopes but had some drawbacks, and the dining experience was lacking. Overall, it had its positives and negatives.
The cabin at the hotel was well set out and comfortable, with a large balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and the piste. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with additional charges. The location was perfect, right in front of the ski schools and close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience, while not detailed, seemed to include Moroccan pancakes.
The hotel offers a convenient ski-in/ski-out location with friendly staff, great views, and well-equipped kitchens. However, the rooms are small and in need of a thorough cleaning. The noise policy enforcement can be unsettling and unfriendly.
